AVR Stucco provides exterior stucco installation, repair, parging, moulding installation, and related home improvement services.
All services are subject to availability, site inspections, and final written agreements or quotes.

3. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes are based on the information you provide.
  
  

• Prices may change after an on-site inspection.
  
  

• Quotes are valid for a limited period (usually 15–30 days).
  
  

• Any additional work or changes requested by the customer will be charged separately.
  
  

4. Project Conditions

For accurate and safe work completion:

• The customer must ensure the work area is accessible.
  
  

• All obstacles, vehicles, or materials that block access must be removed before work starts.
  
  

• Any hidden structural issues discovered during work may affect cost and project time.
  
  

5. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
  
  

• Deposits may be required before starting work.
  
  

• Final payment is due immediately upon project completion.
  
  

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
  
  

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
  
  

• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials are already purchased or work has begun.
  
  

• AVR Stucco may reschedule work due to weather or unsafe site conditions.
  
  

7. Warranty

Warranty Policy – AVR Stucco

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, limitations, and exclusions of the warranty provided by AVR Stucco (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By hiring AVR Stucco, the customer (“you,” “client,” or “property owner”) agrees to the conditions below.

Our goal is transparency, clarity, and fairness while protecting both parties from improper, false, or unjustified warranty claims.

1. Warranty Overview

AVR Stucco provides a Limited Workmanship Warranty ONLY for defects directly caused by improper installation performed solely by AVR Stucco.

This warranty:

• Applies only to the exact areas completed by AVR Stucco
  
  

• Applies only to workmanship issues
  
  

• Applies only to the original property owner
  
  

• Is valid for 1 year from the completion date unless otherwise stated in writing
  
  

• Is not transferable under any circumstances
  
  

This warranty does not cover materials; all material warranties must be handled with the manufacturer.

2. What the Warranty Covers (Workmanship Only)

This warranty covers:

• Significant workmanship-related defects that clearly result from incorrect installation
  
  

• Issues that directly and unquestionably originate from work performed exclusively by AVR Stucco
  
  

• Problems that pose a functional risk and are not cosmetic or minor in nature
  
  

Warranty coverage applies only if:

• The client has paid the full contract amount on or before the due date
  
  

• No other person has touched, modified, repaired, cleaned, or altered the work
  
  

• The client fully complies with all maintenance requirements
  
  

• The building structure is stable, secure, and free from underlying defects
  
  

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (Extensive Exclusions)

The following items are strictly excluded from coverage. These exclusions ensure that AVR Stucco is not held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

3.1 Structural Movement, Building Shifts & Foundation Issues

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Foundation settling or soil movement
  
  

• Structural shifts, beam movement, or wall flexing
  
  

• Vibration cracks from construction, traffic, or machinery
  
  

• Movement caused by age, construction defects, renovations, or extensions
  
  

ANY movement of the building automatically voids the warranty.

3.2 Environmental, Weather & Natural Forces

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Rain, snow, freezing, thaw cycles
  
  

• Moisture penetration from roof leaks, gutters, windows
  
  

• Storms, hail, wind, lightning, earthquakes, flooding
  
  

• Sun fading, UV discoloration, temperature expansion
  
  

• Climate-related cracks, peeling, or chipping
  
  

Weather-related effects are normal in exterior finishes and not workmanship defects.

3.3 Material Limitations

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Manufacturer defects in foam, mesh, basecoat, primer, finish, parging, or mouldings
  
  

• Colour variations or texture differences
  
  

• Hairline cracks under 2 mm (industry standard & normal)
  
  

• Shrinkage cracks caused by temperature changes
  
  

Manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

3.4 Physical Damage

Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

• Homeowners
  
  

• Tenants
  
  

• Other contractors or trades
  
  

• Electricians, installers, landscapers, painters
  
  

• Pressure washing
  
  

• Chemical cleaning
  
  

• Drilling, mounting, screwing items into stucco
  
  

• Impact from ladders, tools, vehicles, furniture, or equipment
  
  

ANY interference voids the warranty instantly.

3.5 Improper Maintenance

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Failure to maintain proper caulking
  
  

• Failure to clean drainage systems
  
  

• Allowing water to pool or splash against the wall
  
  

• Improper gutters or downspouts
  
  

• Ignoring small cracks or water entry points
  
  

• Dirt buildup, algae, moss, or mildew
  
  

The homeowner must perform regular inspections and maintenance.

3.6 Installation of Accessories or Alterations

Warranty is void if the client or another party:

• Installs cameras, wires, lights, signs, mounts, or satellite dishes
  
  

• Paints over the stucco
  
  

• Performs repairs without AVR Stucco
  
  

• Cuts, drills, or modifies any part of the work
  
  

• Applies cement, silicone, paint, or coatings over the stucco
  
  

4. Strict Warranty Conditions (Must Be 100% Fulfilled)

The following conditions MUST be met for the warranty to remain valid.
If ANY condition is not fulfilled, the warranty is immediately void.

4.1 Payment Condition

Full payment must be completed on time and without delay.

4.2 No Third-Party Modification

No one else can touch, repair, alter, clean, or modify the work.

4.3 Immediate Notification

You must notify AVR Stucco in writing within 7 days of noticing an issue.

4.4 Access for Inspection

You must allow unrestricted access to the property for inspection.

4.5 Provided Recommendations

You must follow all maintenance instructions and repair recommendations immediately.

4.6 Environmental Conditions

Property must maintain proper grading, drainage, and water management.

Failure to comply makes all warranty claims invalid.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To ensure fairness and proper evaluation:

1. All warranty requests must be submitted in writing to our email.
   
   

2. You must provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
   
   

3. AVR Stucco will schedule an inspection within a reasonable timeframe.
   
   

4. AVR Stucco alone determines if the issue is workmanship-related.
   
   

5. If the issue is covered, repairs will be scheduled.
   
   

6. If the issue is not covered, a repair quote will be provided.
   
   

AVR Stucco’s decision is final.

6. Limitations of Liability

AVR Stucco is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• Loss of property value
  
  

• Real estate claims or inspection reports
  
  

• Delays due to weather, supply issues, or safety conditions
  
  

• Surface imperfections considered normal in stucco work
  
  

AVR Stucco’s entire liability is limited strictly to repairing the specific workmanship issue we determine to be valid.

7. Warranty Non-Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and cannot be transferred to new homeowners, tenants, or future property owners.

8. Extended Warranty (Optional)

Extended warranty is available only when:

• Requested in writing
  
  

• Signed by both parties
  
  

• Paid for separately
  
  

Otherwise, the standard 1-year warranty applies.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project.
  
  

• Allow access to the work area during agreed hours.
  
  

• Ensure utilities (water/electricity) are available if required.
  
  

• Make timely payments.
  
  

Failure to meet these responsibilities may cause delays or additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

AVR Stucco is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or structural issues
  
  

• Damage caused by external factors such as weather, soil movement, or third parties
  
  

• Losses related to project delays caused by unsafe conditions or customer issues
  
  

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

10. Website Use

When using our website:
